Group D played on this rink from  October 14-16, 2022, simultaneously with Group C in Angers, France. This group featured the host team Asiago Hockey (2021–22 IHL - Elite champions), HDD Jesenice (2021–22 Slovenian Ice Hockey League champions), Buzadam Istanbul (2021–22 Turkish Ice Hockey Super League champions)  and HK Vojvodina (2021–22 Serbian Hockey League champions).
