The Ice Station GrandWest Casino is a bit of a misnomer. There is no casino at The Ice Station. It's actually Cape Town's only ice rink.
The Ice Station is part of the GrandWest Casino and Entertainment World complex, which includes a casino, hotel, restaurants, and other entertainment options. The ice rink itself is an Olympic-sized facility that offers public skating sessions, as well as lessons and hockey programs.
