The Jet's honored the late Dale Hawerchuk this season by placing his number "10" inside their tenth-anniversary logo. Dale was a Canadian hockey player and coach who played for 16 seasons in the NHL, and was selected first overall by the Winnipeg Jets  in the 1981 NHL Entry Draft. He passed away on August 18, 2020 at the age of 57.Â
