The Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center is a prominent multi-purpose arena in downtown Mankato, Minnesota, primarily known as the home of the Minnesota State Mavericks men’s and women’s NCAA Division I hockey teams. Originally opened in 1995 and formerly known as the Verizon Center, the facility underwent significant expansions in 2016 to include a Grand Hall and Banquet Hall, bringing its total capacity to over 5,000 for hockey and up to 8,200 for concerts.
