This five-game round robin tournament was played April 7-13, 2024 and featured the tournament champion Kazakhstan, Spain, Mexico, Chinese Taipei, Iceland and Belgium. Because Andorra is only an associate member of the IIHF, no host team was represented.

The Palau de Gel d’Andorra is a recreational and sports center located on the General Highway in the town of Canillo, Andorra. It includes an ice rink for skating and hockey as well as many other family friendly activities.
