This tournament was played September 22-24, 2023 featuring Bulldogs Liège (2022–23 BeNe League champions), Irbis-Skete Sofia (2022–23 Bulgarian Hockey League champions) and CH Jaca (2022–23 Liga Nacional de Hockey Hielo champions in Spain). Buzadam GSK (2022–23 Turkish Ice Hockey Super League champions) withdrew from the competition in accordance with the IIHF Continental Cup Regulations.
